  4. Improving my eating habits and personal grooming 😂
  5. Reconnecting with distant friends

5 things that could have gone better this year

  1. Working up the courage to walk away from unhealthy situations sooner
  2. Getting out of the house more during the day
  3. Being more disciplined with my writing (I’m working on it!)
  4. Being more conscientious about things I’m studying
  5. Vacuuming cat hair from room corners

5 things I’m proud of this year

  1. Maintaining a reasonable fitness routine
  2. Adapting to new and changing situations
  3. Following through on plans to catch up with my cousin (we are terrible at organising)
  4. Finishing the first draft of The Guy from the Wedding
  5. Finishing the first draft of The Guy from the Park

5 things I’d like to work on in 2022

  1. Release The Guy from the Park
  2. Get The Guy from the Wedding to my beta readers
  3. Move house
  4. Drink more water
  5. Start work on The Guy from the Bakery (another Somerville Stories novelette)
